  • Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate, graduate or film studies curriculum in a Pittsburgh area college / university or film school.
  • Must submit their application during the specified timeline and present all the requested documentation.
  • Must be able to meet with the scholarship committee for an interview.
  • Must be able to attend the Opal Awards when scheduled.

Scholarship Process

The scholarship submission process begins on January 20, 2014 and ends on March 15, 2014.  All submissions must be made according to the posted requirements and must be submitted via email to wifm.sch@gmail.com.

The Applications will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee, and a recipient will be chosen by April 15, 2013.  All submissions will be reviewed to determine an applicant’s dedication to her program, the quality and merits of the work completed, and volunteer service, if any, given to the community.  Click on the either of the following documents to complete and submit:    Document File:   WIFM Scholarship Application 2014
