Join WIFM and Author Maria C. Palmer of the book 'On the Rocks' with Director Ryan Rust for an evening like no other!

As the daughter of award-winning restauranteur Joseph Costanzo Jr., Maria brings a unique blend of culinary expertise and captivating storytelling to this interactive experience. Participants will have the opportunity to learn the art of traditional Italian cooking from Maria herself. Each guest will choose to make either homemade pasta, ravioli or ricotta gnocchi, accompanied by a classic marinara sauce.
The experience includes hands on cooking, pasta making, a buffet style feast, a book discussion & Q& while Maria and Ryan discuss what the process has been like turning this book into a documentary. Afterwards Maria will be available to sign the book as well, so bring yours!
